Ellen White Makes History With First Goal At Unicef Socceraid Charity Match

Ellen White etched her name in history by becoming the first woman to score at a Unicef SoccerAid Charity match, showcasing her talent for an England Xl against the World XI at the prestigious Stamford Bridge.

White’s goal came as she tapped in a cross from Jack Wilshere, which helped England enter half time on level terms at 2-2 after initially falling behind.

Leading the England side was Jill Scott, who captained the team to their first Soccer Aid victory since 2018. Karen Carney also played a vital role as the hosts emerged as 6-3 winners.

Among the World XI squad was Kaylyn Kyle, a seasoned player with 101 caps for Canada, while French international Kheira Hamraoui was part of their starting lineup.
