Oklahoma City Thunder Vs Denver Nuggets Game 4

DENVER, Colorado – The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Denver Nuggets 92-87 on May 11, tying the series at 2-2.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 25 points during a tough battle at the Ball Arena. Despite 27 points from Nikola Jokic for the Nuggets, Oklahoma City overcame shooting struggles to secure the victory.

The Thunder’s win came after losing Game 3. Gilgeous-Alexander shot 42% from the field and contributed six rebounds, six assists, and two steals over 38 minutes. He also hit nine of 12 free throws.

Cason Wallace and Aaron Wiggins provided significant boosts off the bench, each scoring 11 points. Wallace was particularly efficient, shooting 57% and hitting all three of his three-point attempts.

The starting unit found it hard to find rhythm throughout the game. Jalen Williams struggled, making only 2 of 13 shots but still contributed with perfect free throw shooting and defensive stats.

Nuggets’ star Nikola Jokic recorded a double-double, but his shooting percentage fell to 31.8%. He managed 13 rebounds and three assists, while Jamal Murray added 17 points but struggled from the field.

The Nuggets shot just 31.3% from the field and had difficulty connecting from three-point range. They committed numerous turnovers, which ultimately doomed their chances in this critical playoff matchup.

As the series continues, both teams are eager to make adjustments ahead of Game 5.
