Ryan Williams and Jeremiah Smith Featured on EA Sports College Football 26 Cover

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — EA Sports has announced that Alabama wide receiver Ryan Williams and Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith will share the cover of EA Sports College Football 26. The game’s Standard Edition will launch on July 10, while fans who purchase the Deluxe Edition will gain early access on July 7.

Williams, who set freshman records for the Alabama Crimson Tide last season, is known for his remarkable speed and dynamic playmaking abilities. Smith, meanwhile, emerged as a top receiver for the Ohio State Buckeyes, helping his team capture the National Championship. Each finished their freshman year with impressive statistics, solidifying their places as standout Players of the Game.

The Deluxe Edition will feature several college football legends, coaches, and mascots alongside Williams and Smith. The cover includes notable coaches such as Ryan Day, Marcus Freeman, and Kirby Smart, as well as iconic players like Reggie Bush and Tim Tebow.

Marketing Vice President Evan Dexter expressed excitement about the game, noting that it aims to honor the spirit and passion of college football through both current players and historical icons. He stated, “With College Football 26, we’re celebrating our sophomore season with two generational sophomore wide receivers on the cover.”

Fans can also look forward to the various in-game items offered with the Deluxe Edition, including 4,600 College Football Points and exclusive challenges.

More gameplay details will be revealed on May 29, leading up to the highly anticipated release in July.
