Enphase Energy Reports Strong Q3 2025 Financial Results
FREMONT, Calif., Oct. 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Enphase Energy, Inc. announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, highlighting strong performance in revenue and profitability. The company reported quarterly revenue of $410.4 million, a significant increase from the previous quarter’s $363.2 million.
Enphase Energy’s notable growth reflects a 29% increase in revenue from the United States compared to the second quarter of 2025, attributed mainly to rising demand and safe harbor revenue. However, European revenues decreased by 38% due to softening demand in that market.
Badri Kothandaraman, Enphase’s President and CEO, commented on the results, stating, “Our revenue and earnings for the third quarter of 2025 reflect strong demand and the impact of safe harbor revenue. We continue to see growth in the U.S. market, although European demand has softened. Our focus remains on innovation and expanding our product offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
During the quarter, the company shipped approximately 1.77 million microinverters and achieved a gross margin of 49.2% on a non-GAAP basis, marking an increase from 48.6% in the previous quarter. Enphase reported an operating income of $66.2 million, a substantial rise from $37.0 million in the second quarter.
Cash flow from operations for the quarter stood at $13.9 million, and Enphase ended the period with $1.48 billion in cash and marketable securities. Capital expenditures for the quarter were reported at $8.0 million.
Looking ahead, Enphase Energy estimates fourth-quarter revenue to be between $310 million and $350 million, lower than analyst expectations of $381.44 million. The company also anticipates a gross margin in the range of 40% to 43% for the upcoming quarter.
Enphase Energy has plans to begin shipments of its new IQ9N-3P Commercial Microinverter and IQ EV Charger 2 in the fourth quarter. Kothandaraman emphasized the advancements in their products, saying, “The IQ EV Charger 2 is our most advanced residential charger to date, designed to integrate seamlessly with our solar and battery systems or operate as a standalone charger.”
