Ohio State Hosts Appalachian State for Military Appreciation Game

Columbus, Ohio – The Ohio State Buckeyes are set to host the Appalachian State Mountaineers on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Value City Arena. This matchup marks the Buckeyes’ annual ‘Our Honor Defend’ Military Appreciation game, an event dedicated to honoring military personnel.

Veterans and active-duty military members can claim two complimentary tickets through VetTix. Additionally, military personnel can enjoy a 20 percent discount at concession stands by presenting a military ID.

The Buckeyes enter the game with a 2-0 record after a strong 94-68 win over Purdue Fort Wayne, led by Bruce Thornton‘s impressive 38-point performance. Last season, Ohio State finished with a 17-15 overall record, achieving an 11-6 mark at home.
