Mark Wahlberg Daughter Grace Horseback Riding Recovery

LOS ANGELES, CA — Mark Wahlberg provided an emotional update about his daughter, Grace, following her recovery from a serious horseback riding accident. The actor revealed that Grace, 15, is eager to return to equestrian sports despite the frightening incident.

In an interview, Wahlberg expressed pride in Grace’s determination. “She’s doing great,” he said, reflecting on the moment he learned about the accident. “All she wanted to do was get back on that horse — no pun intended.” He emphasized Grace’s passion for horseback riding, noting, “It’s a very dangerous sport, but she’s so dedicated and disciplined. She gets up at 4 a.m. every day to train.”

The accident left Grace hospitalized, where she shared a photo in a sling, assuring her followers, “No pressure, we will be back.” The family often engages in discussions about the risks associated with equestrian sports, which Wahlberg acknowledged as “very, very scary” for him as a dad.

Grace is the youngest of Wahlberg’s four children with wife Rhea Durham, who also include Ella, 22; Michael, 19; and Brendan, 17. Grace has successfully competed in equestrian events for years, showcasing her passion for the sport.

Wahlberg shared advice for parents, especially those sending kids off to college, encouraging them to support their children’s dreams while also emphasizing the importance of hard work. “You have to do the little stuff to accomplish those big goals,” he said, adding that it’s important to stay close to family.

As the holiday season approaches, Wahlberg looks forward to spending quality time with his family. His upcoming film, “The Family Plan 2,” is scheduled for release on Nov. 21, showcasing his ongoing commitment to both his family and his career.
