Alix Earle Sets Record Straight After Bethenny Frankel Dinner Drama

LOS ANGELES, CA — Influencer Alix Earle clarified the misunderstanding with reality TV personality Bethenny Frankel after a dinner invitation was mishandled. The 24-year-old Earle addressed the incident via TikTok on March 2, following Frankel’s public remarks about being stood up.

Frankel, 54, gained attention when she revealed in a TikTok video that Earle and her boyfriend, Braxton Berrios, failed to show up for dinner. Frankel captioned the video, ‘Flying solo in Miami because @Alix Earle stood me up…’ and shared clips of her dining alone at the restaurant.

In her response, Earle explained that the mix-up arose from her incorrectly recalling the dinner date. ‘The other night was one of the scariest things I’ve ever felt,’ she shared in her TikTok. ‘My heart fell into my stomach, and I immediately called Bethenny [when I] realized I messed up… I’ve never felt worse. I’ve never stood someone up in my life.’

Frankel confirmed the misunderstanding, saying in another TikTok, ‘I expected them to be a little late because they’re kids,’ referring to Berrios. She recounted receiving a panicked call from Earle, who was concerned about the scheduled dinner.

‘She calls me… and she’s like, “Hi, is it tonight?” and she’s freaking and panicking,’ Frankel explained. Despite the unforeseen circumstances, Frankel decided to enjoy her meal alone, stating, ‘That’s what a grown-up does.’

Following the incident, Earle reached out to Frankel to suggest rescheduling their dinner, an effort they later documented together on social media. Frankel even shared a photo of Earle holding a bouquet of roses as a gesture of goodwill for the earlier mistake.

Earle also posted on her account, depicting Frankel humorously attempting to clean up after a broken vase during their rescheduled outing. ‘I tried to take her for a nice night out… I can’t take her anywhere,’ Frankel was seen joking in the clip.
