Anna Faris Discusses Reality TV and House Bunny Sequel Dreams

NEW YORK, NY — Actress Anna Faris, 48, recently shared her thoughts on the possibility of joining a reality TV series like The Real Housewives while promoting her new partnership with Scrubbing Bubbles. In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly on Wednesday, April 23, Faris admitted she has mixed feelings about the idea.
“I was thinking the other day if I would make a good Real Housewife,” she said, admitting she feels too boring for the show. “I think I’m way too boring. I don’t know if I’m too nice,” she continued, reflecting on her personality.
Faris, known for her role in Just Friends, expressed uncertainty about being herself on a reality show. “I think I would wear everything on my sleeve. I think I would blurt out all the time,” she said, questioning whether she could maintain the pretense necessary for reality TV.
While she hesitated about joining The Real Housewives, Faris was enthusiastic about the possibility of reprising her role from the 2008 film House Bunny. “Oh gosh, that would be so fun,” she said. “I haven’t really explored it yet. [But] I mean, I would.”
Despite her reservations about appearing on reality TV, Faris is open to receiving a call from Bravo’s Andy Cohen, particularly to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. “But they’re so advanced,” she noted. “That’s like going to graduate school when you’re a freshman.”
Faris also mentioned her love for all things Bravo, including Below Deck. In addition to discussing television, she shared how her 12-year-old son, Jack, has encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone, such as riding roller coasters and water slides.
“I’m really proud that I will go on any roller coaster or any water slide,” she said. “I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone because of my love for my son so many times.”
