59th Annual CMA Awards Set for November 19 with Star-Studded Lineup
Nashville, TN — The 59th Annual CMA Awards will air live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Wednesday, November 19, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC, and will be available for streaming on Hulu the following day.
On November 13, the Country Music Association (CMA) and ABC unveiled several new performers for this year’s ceremony. The lineup includes Kelsea Ballerini, Chris Stapleton, Patty Loveless, Riley Green, and Old Dominion, among others.
Ballerini, who is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year, is set to debut her new song, “I Sit in Parks.” Green will perform his track “Worst Way,” while Old Dominion will present a medley of hits, including “Break Up with Him,” “Memory Lane,” “One Man Band,” “Hotel Key,” and “Snapback.”
The Red Clay Strays will entertain the audience with “People Hatin’,” and Stapleton will showcase his song “Bad as I Used to Be” from the “F1: The Movie” soundtrack. He will also duet with Miranda Lambert for “A Song to Sing.”
This year’s CMA Awards will also honor Vince Gill, who will receive the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award. A tribute performance in his honor is planned, though details on participating artists remain under wraps.
Lainey Wilson, who is hosting the ceremony for the second year, expressed her excitement in a statement, saying, “I grew up watching the CMA Awards like it was the Super Bowl, so to be hosting for a second year is a true honor.”
Wilson leads the nominations this year alongside Ella Langley and Megan Moroney, both with six nods each. Other notable nominees include Zach Top and Riley Green with four nominations each. Wilson’s album “Whirlwind” is also in contention for Album of the Year.
The show will also feature performances by previously announced artists including Luke Combs, BigXThaPlug, and others. Presenters have not yet been revealed.
Fans can tune in to the 59th Annual CMA Awards live on ABC and stream the event on Hulu the next day.
