Apc Chairman Calls For Support As Super Eagles Battle Angola In Afcon

The chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, has called on Nigerians to rally support and pray for the victory of the Nigerian Super Eagles against the Palancas Negras of Angola scheduled for today (Friday) in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

During his meeting with members of the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of Miss Football Organisation of Nigeria at the national secretariat of the APC in Abuja, Ganduje mentioned that the APC under his leadership plans to establish three secretariats for the Youth, Women, and Physically challenged. These secretariats will help promote the party’s manifesto and activities related to these demographics.

Ganduje commended the decision by the Ambassador Moses Ebahor led LOC to organize the APC National Cup 2024 for the youth across the nation. He mentioned that the project aligns with the APC’s vision and stated that they will assist in looking for sponsors to sustain the initiative.

The APC National Cup 2024 will see participants compete in the six geo-political zones of the country. The finals are scheduled to take place in Abuja after the Ramadan fasting period in March this year.
