Barça Women Secure Catalan Derby Victory Against Levante Las Planas
Barça Women emerged victorious in a thrilling Catalan derby clash against Levante Las Planas, securing a 4-2 win with all goals scored in the first half.
Claudia Pina, one of the standout performers, netted a brace and played a key role in setting up the third goal, showcasing her talent on the field. The victory also marked Pina’s 50th career goal, a remarkable achievement for the 22-year-old forward.
The match saw Levante Las Planas take the lead early on, but Barça quickly responded with an equalizer courtesy of a well-placed finish by Pina off a cross from Lucy Bronze.
Levante Las Planas regained the lead with a goal from Irina, but Barça leveled once again through Pina, who expertly controlled a cross from Bruna Vilamala and found the back of the net.
