Bret Michaels and KC and the Sunshine Band to Perform at Soaring Eagle Casino
MT. PLEASANT, Mich. — Soaring Eagle Casino will host two concerts featuring legendary artists Bret Michaels and KC and the Sunshine Band this weekend, offering fans a chance to relive iconic hits from the 1980s and beyond.
Poison frontman Bret Michaels will take the stage at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, performing fan favorites such as “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” and “Go That Far.” Michaels, a multi-platinum artist with over 100 million records, downloads, and streams sold worldwide, is also known for his television appearances, including “Rock of Love with Bret Michaels” and “The Masked Singer.” The rock star, who survived a brain hemorrhage and stroke, remains active in both music and philanthropy.
On Sunday, Jan. 26, KC and the Sunshine Band will bring their signature blend of R&B and Latin percussion to the casino at 6 p.m. The group, led by founder Harry Wayne Casey, celebrates 50 years in the music industry with hits like “Get Down Tonight,” “That’s The Way (I Like It),” and “Shake Your Booty.” With over 100 million records sold, nine Grammy nominations, and three Grammy Awards, the band has left an indelible mark on pop music.
