Bruce Springsteen Expands 2025 European Tour Amid Documentary Release
Renowned musician Bruce Springsteen, alongside The E Street Band, has announced an expansion of their 2025 European tour, adding eight new shows to their itinerary. These new dates will complement already rescheduled performances in cities such as Marseille, Prague, and Milan. The tour will commence on May 17 in Manchester, with the band set to visit cities across England, France, Germany, and Spain.
On previous European tours, the performances by Springsteen and The E Street Band received rave reviews, being described as “a spectacle of unadulterated joy and human connectedness” by The Telegraph, and heralded as “the greatest show on earth” by Billboard. Tickets for the tour are slated to go on sale starting October 7, specifically for the Lille concert.
This announcement coincides with the upcoming release of a new documentary titled “Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band.” Directed by Thom Zimny, the film is set to premiere on Hulu and Disney+ on October 25. The documentary promises to offer an in-depth look at the iconic band’s legendary live performances. The official trailer has already been released, providing a teaser of what to expect from the film.
The band’s current tour will see them performing in Canada, with eight scheduled performances starting on October 31 in Montreal and concluding on November 22 in Vancouver. Their 2023 U.S. tour concluded with a celebrated homecoming performance in Asbury Park, New Jersey. This particular show was highlighted by Rolling Stone as “one of the greatest post-reunion shows in Springsteen history.”
For those eager to purchase tickets for the 2025 tour, the shows and corresponding on-sale times have been provided. Notably, performances are scheduled in multiple key European locations including Manchester, Lille, Marseille, Liverpool, Berlin, Prague, Frankfurt, San Sebastian, Gelsenkirchen, and Milan.
Acquiring tickets for these events involves several sales phases. The first batch for the UK shows goes on sale the morning of October 11, with a presale event taking precedence. Furthermore, a presale available to O2 members will allow earlier access for fans part of the O2 mobile network. General ticket sales commence on October 11 for both the Liverpool and Manchester performances.
Ticket prices for the Manchester events range from £87.50 to £410.79, excluding additional fees. There are limitations in place, such as a restriction of six tickets per household, and guidelines for age requirements within standing areas.
