Caitlin Clark Watching Basketball Game Celebration

Indianapolis, IN – Caitlin Clark, star player for the Indiana Fever, experienced the thrill of being a fan during Game 5 between the Indiana Pacers and the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night. As the intense game reached overtime, Clark found herself rooting alongside an electric crowd at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

When Pacers’ Tyrese Haliburton made a game-winning layup, Clark joined other fans in a loud cheer, showcasing her awe and excitement. She later shared a video capturing the moment from the tunnel, along with some playful shushing emojis on social media.

Reflecting on the experience, Clark said, “It was crazy, I was down in the tunnel watching. I had to go look at the ESPN win probability after that. One of the best finishes I’ve ever been a part of. The Pacers are so fun to watch. It’s been incredible to see the state rally around them and how they support them and also how they support us and how the two teams support each other.”

The Pacers defeated the Bucks 119-118, thereby eliminating Milwaukee from the NBA playoffs and securing a 4-1 series victory. Clark’s enthusiasm for the Pacers reflects her connection to the team and the fan base.

Clark is set to return to Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday for her first WNBA preseason game against the Washington Mystics, as fans eagerly await her performance.
