Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 04 Introduces New Allies and Content

LOS ANGELES, CA — Activision announced details for Season 04 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone, set to launch on May 29, 2025. The new season will reintroduce popular characters and content including the enigmatic Vikhor ‘Stitch’ Kuzmin and Russell Adler‘s unexpected alliance.
Following a daring jailbreak, Adler has freed Stitch from a CIA black site in Iceland. Once fierce rivals, they must now work together to unearth Pantheon moles hidden within their ranks. The collaboration signifies a shift in the power dynamics in their ongoing conflict.
“Adler spared Stitch’s life years ago, realizing he could be more useful alive. Now, that decision leads to their partnership in cracking the codenames to find the moles,” a company spokesperson explained.
Season 04 features a revamped Downtown in Verdansk and introduces several new Multiplayer maps, including Shutdown, Fugitive, and Eclipse. Players can also enjoy a remastered version of the fan-favorite Fringe map.
The new modes available this season include Team Elimination, where teams must survive by collecting dog tags to confirm kills. A stress-relieving new mode, Party Ops, features various minigames later in the season.
Exciting new rewards are available in the season’s Battle Pass, offering over 100 new items, operator skins, and blueprints. Players can unlock Stitch’s “Supermax” skin among other exciting rewards.
The Zombies mode also returns with the Grief mode making its first appearance since Black Ops 2. This competitive mode pits two teams against each other to outlast the other in a chaotic environment.
Overall, Season 04 aims to offer players a fresh take on the franchise with new stories, characters, and a challenge to suit every type of gamer.
