Cwru Entrepreneurship Skills Lab Series Workshop

Members of the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) community are invited to participate in an upcoming workshop as part of the CWRU Entrepreneurship Skills Lab Series. The event, titled “Creating Value with the Value Proposition Matrix,” is scheduled for Thursday, October 3, from noon to 1:30 p.m. It will take place in Activity Room B on the first floor of Sears think[box].

This workshop will be led by Andrea Navratil, who currently serves as the director of new ventures at MAGNET. Navratil is recognized for her innovative approach to front-end innovation, emphasizing the importance of identifying strategic opportunities and fostering concept ideation and testing. Her work is characterized by a “futurist mindset,” which involves aligning projected scenarios with the capabilities and visions of organizations.

Navratil’s expertise extends to developing innovation roadmaps that guide the entire lifecycle of products, from initiation to implementation, including marketing strategies. She is particularly noted for her ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines effectively, as well as her dedication to building robust brands and products that connect with specific consumer groups.

This event is part of the larger effort by CWRU to enhance entrepreneurial and innovation skills among its community members. The skills lab series aims to equip participants with the tools necessary to create value propositions that reflect and leverage organizational strengths.
