Charlotte Fc Stadium Matchday Excitement

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte FC is set to electrify Bank of America Stadium this Saturday, March 15, at 7:30 PM ET, as they host FC Cincinnati in a highly anticipated Major League Soccer matchup. Fans can expect a special night featuring the debut of the Fortress Kit, a sleek new design symbolizing strength and unity.

Natalee Jarrett, Vice President of Business Operations for Charlotte FC, emphasized the significance of the new kit, stating, “The Fortress Kit embodies the resilience and unity of our team and fans. We are thrilled to unveil it at home and create an unforgettable atmosphere together.” The match follows a successful home opener on March 1, where Charlotte FC secured a commanding 2-0 victory over Atlanta United.

During the earlier match, standout performances included Wilfried Zaha, who not only scored a goal but also provided an assist in his MLS debut. The team’s defense also shone, limiting Atlanta to just three shots on goal. Following that performance, excitement is palpable among fans, especially after Charlotte’s improvement and determination after a tough match against Miami.

Charlotte FC is looking to capitalize on their momentum this Saturday, as both teams vie for crucial points in the Eastern Conference standings. Fans wishing to attend can still obtain $15 tickets, though supplies are limited. Additionally, $39 tickets are available for those eager to experience both the Fortress Kit debut and the vibrant atmosphere at the stadium.

To facilitate an enjoyable experience, gates at Bank of America Stadium will open at 6:00 p.m. on matchday, with warm-ups starting at 6:50 p.m. For early arrivers, the Supporters March is set for 6:30 p.m., creating a festive pre-match vibe. Supporters are encouraged to arrive early to participate in additional activities, including the Ally Savings Bucket Challenge, which offers fans a chance to win prizes such as the new Fortress jersey and 2026 season tickets.

For entry into the stadium, fans should have their mobile tickets ready for display. The club has enforced a clear bag policy for safety, allowing only items in transparent bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Special permission can be requested for medical bags, and sensory kits are available for checkout at Guest Relations Booths.

Moreover, all entry points will permit convenient access via mobile wallet or barcodes scanned through the official Charlotte FC app. Fans are advised to download the app to manage their tickets easily and to check in smoothly upon arrival.

Traffic around Uptown Charlotte is expected to increase due to other events this weekend, with some road closures starting at 2 p.m. Those planning to drive should prepare accordingly and consider purchasing parking ahead of time.

“The excitement in the air is incredible,” Jarrett added, referring to the remarkable support from the fans during the home opener, which saw over 50,000 in attendance. Charlotte FC aims to build on this enthusiasm and deliver another thrilling performance against FC Cincinnati.
