Chiefs vs. Dolphins Playoffs Game to Stream Exclusively on Peacock
Superfans and Swifties alike are finally getting closer to the Super Bowl with this weekend’s Chiefs vs. Dolphins playoffs game. The Kansas City Chiefs and the Miami Dolphins will face off at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Miss., with a kickoff time of 2:10 p.m. PT/5:10 p.m. ET.
This Saturday’s AFC game will be a rematch between the two teams, who most recently faced off Nov. 5, 2023, in Frankfurt, Germany, where the Chiefs beat the Dolphins 21-14.
The Miami Dolphins vs. Kansas City Chiefs game is exclusive to Peacock nationwide as part of an NFL Wild Card doubleheader on Saturday, so the only way to watch is with a subscription to the streaming service.
However, if you’re in the Miami or Kansas City metro area markets, then you can catch the game on NBC.
For those tuning in on their local NBC channel in the Miami or Kansas City metro areas, you can watch the Dolphins vs. Chiefs game without traditional cable on any live TV streaming service that carries the network, including Peacock, YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, and AT&T’s Blue tier. Local viewers in those markets can watch the game for free with a five-day trial to Peacock or a seven-day trial to AT&T TV.
Peacock does not offer a free trial; however, members of Instacart+ can subscribe to Peacock’s ad-supported Premium plan for as long as their membership is in effect and the offer is available. The deal doesn’t apply to existing Peacock accounts, and you cannot use the offer to upgrade to Peacock’s Premium Plus (reg. $11.99 per month) which has fewer ads.
New or returning subscribers can also save 50 percent off a year of Peacock. Through Sunday, sign up with the promo code PEACOCK2024 to get one year of the ad-supported package for only $29.99 (reg. $5.99 per month or $59.99 annually). After the one-year period, the subscription auto-renews at the then-current monthly or annual price.
Your guess is as good as ours! While Taylor Swift hasn’t confirmed her attendance at this Sunday’s game, the 12-time Grammy-winning musician has been spotted at several games this year, including on the New Year’s matchup that saw the Chiefs win the Bengals 25-17. Swift missed the Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Chargers game last week while attending the Golden Globes awards ceremony, where her concert film, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour was nominated for cinematic and box office achievement.
