CSIR-Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute (CGCRI) under DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, has released a notification for the recruitment of 12 Scientist posts. Interested candidates can apply online for these posts on or before January 24, 2024.

The eligibility criteria for the Scientist posts require candidates to have a Ph.D. or M.E./M.Tech. degree in relevant fields such as Ceramic Engineering, Ceramic Technology, Materials Science, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering with specialization in polymers, Polymer Science, or Polymer Engineering. The upper age limit is set at 32 years as of the last date of online application.

Selected candidates will be offered a pay scale of Rs-67700 along with allowances such as DA, HRA, and TA, applicable to CSIR employees. The pay level for these positions is 11 (7th CPC) with a salary range of Rs. 67700-208700.
