David and Sybil Yurman Celebrate Art and Jewelry in Dallas

DALLAS, Texas — Renowned jewelry designers David and Sybil Yurman will host an event in Dallas on May 21 as part of Arts & Letters Live. The couple will discuss their new coffee-table book, which also serves as an intimate biography detailing their journey before establishing the famous jewelry brand.

The Yurmans, who met in 1969, are known for their luxury jewelry collections featuring unique designs. David stated, “Dallas was perhaps the first to embrace our jewelry collections in a big way. We always have fun in Dallas.”

Sybil added, “Dallas is special to us. Everyone here is willing to try new things and create new possibilities.” The couple praised the Dallas market for its solid family values and an openness to new ideas regarding fashion and luxury.

During the event, they will also reveal details about a new line of art pieces and a documentary they are developing. “Our history. The book reveals what came before the jewelry brand,” David shared. Sybil emphasized the importance of creativity in their partnership, saying, “We share a language of art and design.”
