Actuarial Risk Management Appoints Ryan Bruner as Senior Consulting Actuary
Actuarial Risk Management Ltd. (ARM), a prominent provider of actuarial services, has recently named Ryan Bruner as a Senior Consulting Actuary, bringing his extensive valuation expertise to ARM’s Life & Annuity team.
Bruner, with a strong background in valuation for annuity and life products, joins ARM from Lincoln Financial Group. At Lincoln, he held the role of Vice President of Annuity Valuation and played a key role in Actuarial Transformation initiatives and Model and Assumption Governance.
Prior to his time at Lincoln, Bruner served as Assistant Vice President at VOYA Financial, where he oversaw US GAAP, Statutory, and Tax valuation for annuity products, among other responsibilities. He also spearheaded the implementation of VM-21 and LDTI at VOYA and managed various aspects of Life Valuation and Assumption development.
Bruner, a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, bolsters ARM’s team with his considerable experience in managing complex valuation processes and regulatory implementations, especially in the realms of Statutory and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
