Adult Film Star ‘Austin Wolf’ Arrested for Child Pornography Charges in New York
Popular adult performer Justin Heath Smith, widely known as ‘Austin Wolf’ in the entertainment industry, has been detained in New York City on allegations of involvement in child pornography activities.
Smith, 43, was apprehended on charges of sending and receiving numerous videos containing child exploitation materials through the messaging platform Telegram. The incriminating videos allegedly featured infants and even included a disturbing clip showing the violent assault of a 10-year-old child.
Following an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Smith, who also faces accusations of possessing additional child pornography videos in his Manhattan residence, is set to be presented in front of U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky in a Manhattan federal court hearing.
The case, spearheaded by U.S. Attorney Damian Williams and FBI Assistant Director James Smith, has shed light on the severity of the charges against the adult film actor.
