Alert Issued for Missing Children in Montreal
Last night, the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) issued an AMBER alert after two children were reported missing.
The children, James Junior Albonor Joseph, who is 6 years old, and his sister, Princesse Sondjina Guillaume Joseph, aged 4, were believed to have been taken by their mother.
Authorities have identified the mother as Ismilande Joseph, who is 43 years old. Police are urging the public not to approach her if spotted.
The AMBER alert covers a wide area, extending 200 kilometers around Montreal. The SPVM has asked anyone with information to call 911 immediately.
