Ali Larter Discusses Beauty Tips and ‘Landman’ Role
Ali Larter, renowned for her role as Brooke Taylor-Windham in «Legally Blonde,» recently shared insights into her beauty and wellness regimen with Page Six Style. Despite portraying a millionaire and falsely accused murderess on-screen, Larter, aged 48, maintains a refreshingly youthful appearance in real life.
During her interview, Larter humorously speculated that if «Legally Blonde» were set in 2024, her character Brooke might secretly rely on Ozempic. «My new thing, it goes: juice, gym, steam, cream,» she stated, highlighting her routine’s emphasis on hydration and exercise while on a hectic press tour schedule.
Larter detailed her beauty routine, mentioning «ice plunging» her face as a favorite trick to rejuvenate and tighten skin. She also praised skincare products, describing her love for moisturizers from brands like Sertun and a preference for splurge-worthy creams from high-end labels.
On the fashion front, Larter described herself as a «blue jeans girl,» prioritizing comfort but also «pushing it» with bold choices for red carpet events. She donned a bronze sequined Mugler dress at the Los Angeles premiere of her new Paramount+ series, «Landman,» where she plays Angela Norris, the ex-wife of oil landman Tommy Norris, portrayed by Billy Bob Thornton.
Reflecting on her «Landman» character, Larter remarked, «Angela is a force to be reckoned with, and it’s more is more with her,» emphasizing the character’s confidence and Texan style. The show, which also features actors Jon Hamm and Demi Moore, is rooted in the dramatic backdrop of the West Texas oil boom.
Larter expressed admiration for Demi Moore’s zest for life, attributing this quality to Moore’s ageless appearance. «I think [her beauty hack is] her joy for life. She loves to dance,» Larter noted about her co-star.
Larter also reminisced about her «Legally Blonde» wardrobe, revealing she kept the Dior denim dress worn by her character, though she regrets not taking Brooke’s iconic newspaper-printed blazer from the set.
