FC Barcelona Atlètic Farewells Nine Players as Contracts Expire
On June 30, Barça Atlètic bids goodbye to nine players as their contracts come to an end. The Club expresses gratitude to Pau Víctor, Moha, Pelayo, Marc Vidal, Naim, Cuéllar, Iker Goujon, Josep Cerdà, and Saïdou Bah for their dedication and professionalism.
Pau Víctor, the division’s top scorer with 20 goals, returned excellent performances in the promotion play-off final, playing 39 games in total. Moha and Marc Vidal, on loan from FC Andorra, played crucial roles, with Moha starting 40 games and Marc Vidal featuring in 25.
Cuéllar heads back to CD Lugo after a season with 27 games and a goal scored. Naim, signed in winter from Leganés, recorded four goals in 16 appearances, his run cut short by injury before the play-offs.
Pelayo Fernández, departing after 5 seasons, joined as an U19B player in 2019 from CD Quirinal, playing 18 games for Barça Atlètic. Iker Goujon, with limited playtime due to injuries, managed one goal in five games.
Josep Cerdà and Saïdou Bah return from loan spells at Ponferradina and CD Badajoz, ending their contracts with Barça. Cerdà leaves after five seasons, originally from Constancia, while Saïdou Bah’s journey began as an U10 in 2011, progressing through youth ranks and loan spells at Olot and CD Badajoz.
