Baroka FC and Richards Bay Play to Goalless Stalemate in PSL Playoff Match

Baroka FC and Richards Bay faced off in a tightly contested PSL Playoff match at the Global Stadium in Lebowakgoma, resulting in a goalless draw.

The Natal Rich Boyz now lead the three-team log with four points after two rounds, with the University of Pretoria at three points and Bakgaga at one.

In the 28th minute, Somila Ntsundwana of Richards Bay threatened but was denied by Baroka goalkeeper Katlego Molefe.

Baroka struggled to penetrate Richards Bay’s defense, focusing on the flanks with limited success.

With the game goalless at halftime, Baroka made changes in the second half, bringing on rising star Khomotso Lekoloane.

Richards Bay also made substitutions, with Justice Figuareido and Khuda Muyaba entering the game, nearly breaking the deadlock but for a fine save by Molefe.
