Beau Rivage Resort & Casino Introduces New Fine-Dining Seafood Restaurant: Coraline’s
The renowned Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi is set to unveil a sophisticated addition to its culinary offerings with the launch of Coraline’s, a new fine-dining seafood restaurant overlooking the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. Scheduled to open its doors on June 17, the French Quarter-inspired eatery aims to become a premier destination for patrons seeking an elevated dining experience.
At Coraline’s, diners can expect a meticulously crafted menu that celebrates the rich seafood heritage of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Headed by Beau Rivage’s Executive Chef Kristian Wade and Coraline’s Executive Chef Austin Dedeaux, the restaurant will showcase a fusion of traditional Cajun and Creole flavors with a modern twist, utilizing fresh catches such as oysters, crab, shrimp, snapper, and more sourced directly from the Gulf.
Signature dishes at Coraline’s will include mouthwatering creations like Oysters Rockefeller, Lighthouse oysters, Tuna Poke Tostado, Seafood Stuffed Fried Green Tomatoes, and Snapper Coraline. The menu will also feature a selection of steamed seafood options, decadent desserts like Hummingbird Cheesecake Brulee, and reimagined classic cocktails such as Garden to Glass and the Magnolia Sour.
The restaurant’s New Orleans-inspired design pays homage to the iconic French Quarter, featuring intricate details like lush green foliage, arched windows offering stunning water views, and a grand marble bar. Coraline’s will be conveniently located near BetMGM on the south side of the casino’s gaming floor, offering a luxurious dining experience for guests.
