Bismarck Human Service Centers Delay Openings Due to Weather
BISMARCK, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Offices of the Human Service Center in several North Dakota locations are set to open later than usual on Tuesday, November 20. This delay is attributed to reduced travel visibility caused by wind and falling snow.
The affected offices include those located in Williston, Watford City, Devils Lake, and Rolla. Specifically, the delay impacts two of the agency’s regional human service centers alongside their satellite and outreach offices. Additionally, child support offices and vocational rehabilitation offices in these areas will be subject to the later opening time.
The new opening time for these offices is 10 a.m. on Tuesday. This adjustment is intended to ensure the safety of both employees and clients traveling under these challenging weather conditions.
For those seeking further information on weather-related office closures, updates can be accessed through the HHS websites and social media pages. Meanwhile, child support customers are reminded that they can continue conducting routine business without interruption through the program’s online platform, which is available 24 hours a day.
