Young star Felix Cameron, who plays the main character Eli Bell, took home two big honors: the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent and the Silver Logie for Best Lead Actor in a Drama.
Felix wasn’t the only one celebrating. His co-stars Bryan Brown and Sophie Wilde were recognized too, earning the Silver Logie for Best Supporting Actor and Actress, respectively. The series, which consists of seven episodes, was also crowned Best Miniseries or Telemovie, highlighting its impact.
After his emotional win, Felix thanked his dramaturg, Nadia Townsend, sharing a touching metaphor about climbing a mountain. «She said we were climbing a mountain, but never clarified if it was Everest or the Dandenongs,» he said, clearly overjoyed by the recognition.
Coming in a close second was the ABC comedy Utopia, which took home three awards, including Best Scripted Comedy Program. It was a fantastic showing across the board.
In other notable wins, RFDS from the Seven Network earned the title of Best Drama Program, while Bluey, also from the ABC, was named Best Children’s Program. The documentary John Farnham: Finding The Voice also triumphed, winning Best Factual or Documentary Program.

Meanwhile, Larry Emdur, the beloved presenter of The Chase Australia and The Morning Show, received the Bert Newton Award for Most Popular Presenter.
As Emdur accepted the Gold Logie, he reflected on his extensive career in television, sharing how he had «never done anything else and never wanted to do anything else.» It’s clear he cherishes his time in the industry.
