American golfer Brendan Steele secured a remarkable win at the prestigious LIV Golf Adelaide tournament, edging out his competitors in a thrilling final round.

Steele, a three-time PGA Tour champion, displayed exceptional skill and nerve throughout the event held at the renowned Grange Golf Club.

His final round score of 4-under 68 cemented his victory, finishing at an impressive 18-under-par for the tournament.

South Africa’s Louis Oosthuizen put up a valiant fight, carding a superb 7-under 65 to closely trail Steele with a one-shot difference.

Former world number one, Jon Rahm, also showcased his talent with a stellar performance, recording an eagle and six birdies in a stunning 64.

Australian golfers Matt Jones, Cameron Smith, Marc Leishman, and Lucas Herbert delivered solid performances at the tournament, with Jones leading the local contingent at 14-under.
