Candice Warner Faces Fears In The Jungle On 'i'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'

Renowned ironwoman Candice Warner, known for her competitive spirit, is gearing up to tackle a different challenge in the jungle as a contestant on ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’

Hailing from a background in professional ironwoman racing, where she made her mark by becoming the youngest female pro at just 14, Warner has achieved numerous state titles and Australian medals throughout her career.

However, as she prepares to enter the wilderness of South Africa, Warner humbly acknowledges that she’s not the one to beat in this new endeavor.

Venturing into uncharted territory, Warner, at 39, discloses her apprehensions, citing a fear of snakes, bugs, and camping as significant obstacles she aims to overcome during her time on the reality show.

Warner’s participation in the grueling competition show ‘SAS Australia’ in 2020 was a turning point where she confronted her fears and shed the need to prove herself to anyone.

While critics once influenced her, Warner now values the opinion of her three daughters – Ivy (9), Indi (8), and Isla (4) – above all.

She acknowledges that her fears can inadvertently impact her children and hopes that by challenging herself in the jungle, she can inspire them to conquer their own fears.

Jungle life presents a myriad of challenges beyond fears of the wild creatures, as Warner anticipates the mental toll of idle downtime and separation from her family as potential obstacles to overcome.

Despite her competitive nature, Warner recognizes the test of sharing space with potential conflicts, suggesting her approach to disagreements is to address them head-on.

Her husband, former cricketer David Warner, fully supports her jungle adventure, excited to see her break out of her comfort zone and undertake a personal challenge.

Amidst speculation of envy, Warner assures that David is content to cheer her on from afar, hinting at his potential as a future participant who would relish the challenges of the show.

As departure looms, Warner reveals she will miss the luxuries of modern life, including her phone, sweet treats, and skincare routine, anticipating a stark contrast in the jungle.

As ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ airs, viewers can witness Warner’s journey as she navigates the trials and triumphs of the jungle.
