Carol Vorderman Makes Bold Political Statement with Outfit on ‘Have I Got News For You’
Carol Vorderman, the well-known TV personality, made heads turn with a bold political statement as she left Riverside Studios after filming an episode of ‘Have I Got News For You‘. As a frequent guest on the show, Carol joined regulars Paul Merton and Ian Hislop, along with guest host Jack Dee and comedian Alex Horne for the final episode in the current series, marking the 600th episode overall.
After the show, Carol bumped into Eddie Izzard, who was performing in the same studio for the play Hamlet. Reports initially suggested a heated exchange between the two, with Carol playfully sticking up her middle finger before departing in a taxi with a pack of crisps. However, it later became clear that the gesture was aimed at photographers, not Eddie.
The next morning, Carol took to Instagram to share photos of her backstage at the show. She sported a chic tan leather dress with a shawl, showcasing her curves and style. In her caption, Carol praised her co-stars, joking about her behavior and outfit choices, and also addressed the alleged feud with Eddie Izzard, expressing happiness at seeing him at the studio.
Known for her outspoken political views, Carol has never shied away from expressing her opinions on various topics, particularly issues related to the Conservative Party. Recently, she has been vocal about the upcoming General Election and has announced the release of her first political book titled ‘OUT OF ORDER: What’s Gone Wrong with Britain and One Woman’s Mission to Fix It’.
Carol’s outfit choice, featuring a top with a political message ‘Voting is hot AF’, displayed her passion for encouraging people to vote. Paired with black leather trousers and ankle boots, Carol’s ensemble made a statement as she engaged in an animated conversation with Eddie Izzard outside the studio.
Aside from her TV appearances, Carol has been actively involved in speaking out against the current Tory government and advocating for political change. Her upcoming book and tour reflect her commitment to using her platform to address critical issues and inspire others to find their voices in challenging times.
