The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a clarification regarding the rumored release date of the Class 10th Result 2024, refuting claims that it will be announced on May 1st as a viral notice suggested.

CBSE Secretary Himanshu Gupta has affirmed that while the results for both Class 10th and 12th are expected in May, they will not be declared on May 1st. Last year, the results were disclosed on May 12th, and a similar timeline is projected this year.

The fake notice circulated online set a time frame between 1 PM and 3 PM on May 1st for the result’s release, but CBSE PRO Rama Sharma debunked the misinformation through the board’s official WhatsApp group.

Himanshu Gupta, the CBSE Secretary, has revealed that the evaluation process is in its final stages, indicating an imminent release of the results for Class 10th and 12th for the academic year 2024. The results are foreseen to be published on the official CBSE websites: cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.

Students awaiting their Class 10th 2024 results are advised to access their mark sheets either through the official websites or the Digilocker app for a digital version. However, students are reminded that the online mark sheet is provisional, and it is paramount to collect the original mark sheet from their respective schools for official documentation.

In order to qualify and pass the CBSE Class 10th Result 2024, students must achieve a minimum score of 33% in all subjects, including both internal assessments and the board exams. For further information and updates, students are encouraged to visit the official CBSE websites.
