Police in Norwich have made a somber discovery in the search for missing school teacher, Anthony Hill. The 37-year-old, who went missing from his residence on Plumstead Road East earlier this week, has been found deceased. CCTV footage had captured Hill at a Co-op store on Sprowston Road before his disappearance.
The body was located in the vicinity of Heathgate on Thursday evening, according to Norfolk Police. While formal identification is pending, authorities have already notified Hill’s family. Norfolk Police stated that they do not suspect any foul play in Hill’s death and are preparing a file for the coroner.

Hill, who previously worked on the MoneySavingExpert deals team, transitioned to a teaching career. Lewis shared his condolences on the platform X, extending support to Hill’s wife, Kayleigh, and their children.
Thanking the community for their widespread assistance during the search for Hill, Lewis acknowledged the solidarity shown towards the family. Kayleigh Hill, Anthony’s wife, expressed gratitude for the collective efforts made in the search, particularly centered around Mousehold Heath in Norwich.
