Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo has officially launched his YouTube channel, marking a significant step in his career as a content creator. The announcement was made on his social media accounts, where he invited fans to subscribe and join him on this new journey.
Within just 90 minutes of the launch, Ronaldo achieved a remarkable milestone, gaining over one million subscribers. By the end of the first day, his subscriber count had skyrocketed to 10 million, setting a new world record for the fastest time to reach that number on the platform.
Ronaldo, a prominent figure in the world of football and a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, currently plays for Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr. He has enjoyed a decorated career, representing Portugal in international competitions for over two decades.
The first video on his channel featured a teaser trailer, alongside a fun quiz game with his partner Georgina Rodriguez. Additionally, the channel showcased a clip of Ronaldo meeting his wax figure at Madame Tussauds, further engaging his audience with personal content.
Prior to Ronaldo’s achievement, the subscriber record of reaching 10 million in a week was held by a channel named Hamster Kombat. Ronaldo’s channel now boasts millions of followers and continues to grow at an unprecedented rate.
