Crystal Palace secured a hard-fought draw against Fulham in a thrilling Premier League encounter, with Jeffrey Schlupp delivering a spectacular goal to salvage a point for the Eagles.

Substitute Jeffrey Schlupp’s remarkable 25-yard strike in the dying moments left Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno helpless, after Adam Wharton’s accurate pass found Schlupp outside the box.

Rodrigo Muniz had initially put Fulham ahead with a powerful header off Timothy Castagne’s precise cross, showcasing his fine form since the end of January.

Despite being the better team in the first half, with Michael Olise having a promising chance and in-form Jean-Phillipe Mateta missing a close-range volley, Crystal Palace struggled to find the net.

Palace’s fighting spirit was on display as they came back from a goal down, with Schlupp’s goal ending Fulham’s perfect home record when scoring first this season.

Andreas Pereira, Bobby De Cordova-Reid, and Alex Iwobi missed chances for Fulham, while Chris Richards and Issa Diop came close before Palace’s equalizer.

Oliver Glasner‘s Palace side, now unbeaten in four league matches, displayed great attacking football, continuing their impressive form with a key clash against Manchester United on the horizon.

Referee Stuart Attwell oversaw the eventful match as both teams demonstrated resilience and determination on the pitch, culminating in an enthralling draw.
