The semi-finals of «Dancing with the Stars» 2024 are set to thrill audiences as five remaining couples vie for the coveted mirrorball trophy on the popular dance show. The competition, which marks its 33rd season, intensifies with this week’s performances focused on one ballroom and one Latin dance style per couple.

This week’s episode, airing Tuesday, November 19, will also feature a troupe performance of Dua Lipa’s «Dance the Night» choreographed by Sasha Farber and Ezra Sosa. Additionally, Canadian artist Tate McRae will perform «greedy (acoustic)» alongside professional dancers joining the «Dancing with the Stars» LIVE 2025 Tour, under choreographer Mandy Moore‘s guidance.

As part of the 500th-episode celebrations, the competition has eliminated another pair from the running. Each couple’s scores from this milestone episode remain crucial in determining advancement to the finals.

This week, viewing audiences can tune in to «Dancing with the Stars» live on ABC15 in metro Phoenix or their local ABC networks and through Disney+ at 8 p.m. ET/PT and 7 p.m. CT/MT. Streaming options are available the following day on Hulu, with various subscription plans offering access.

Fans of the show can participate in live voting for their favorite dance couple during the show on November 19. Voting parameters are open in the U.S., its territories, and Canada through online platforms or via SMS/text to short code 21523. Voting closes shortly after final performances of the evening.

Among the notable competitors is Danny Amendola, a two-time Super Bowl champion known for his tenure with the New England Patriots alongside Tom Brady. Dancing with professional partner Witney Carson, Amendola has impressed judges and fans with his agility and distinct dance performances, including a waltz and salsa planned for this week’s semi-final.

Amendola, a former wide receiver, transitioned into modeling and reality TV following a notable football career. His dancing has been commended for superior technique and execution, particularly noted during the Halloween special when he earned his first «10» score.
