Fortnite’s New Season Arrives Soon
Get ready, Fortnite fans! The current season, Chapter 5 Season 3, is coming to an end, and there’s a thrilling new season on the way.
According to updates from the game, this week, the servers will go offline on Thursday at 10 p.m. CT. They’ll be shut down for maintenance to prepare for the exciting launch of Chapter 5 Season 4. So, if you’re planning to jump in for one last game, make sure to do it before the downtime!
The downtime starts at 11 p.m. ET, with matchmaking turning off a little earlier. This usually means that players will have to wait a bit while the developers work their magic to bring in the next big thing.
Previous season releases suggest that Fortnite might be offline for about four hours. If everything goes smoothly, expect to see the servers back up by around 2 a.m. CT on Friday with all the new Marvel content.
This new Marvel-themed season, known as «Absolute Doom,» promises some exciting features. Players can look forward to brand-new weapons including Black Panther‘s claws and Captain America‘s shield. Plus, there’s a quirky character named Peelverine, who happens to be a banana version of Wolverine!
Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will also enjoy this season, as there are hints and clues about upcoming Marvel movies and TV shows sprinkled throughout the game.
