A recent autopsy report has unveiled the cause of death for the renowned Grammy-winning artist Mandisa Hundley, who was discovered deceased at her residence in Franklin, Tennessee on April 18. Dr. Feng Li, the medical examiner, disclosed that the 47-year-old singer passed away from complications relating to class III obesity. The manner of death was classified as natural, as confirmed by Li.
Originally hailing from Citrus Heights, California, Mandisa Hundley was a notable member of the esteemed Fisk University Jubilee singers based in Nashville. Graduating with a music degree in 2000, she later ventured to Chicago and secured a spot in the final nine of the renowned talent show American Idol.
In July 2007, Hundley released her debut album titled «True Beauty,» which promptly ascended the Top Christian Album charts. Furthermore, her chart-topping single «Only the World» garnered widespread acclaim.
