Customers of GTBank have expressed frustration over the recent transition of the GTBank mobile application to GTWorld, resulting in extended downtime of the banking app.

Former presidential aide, Tolu Ogunlesi, criticized the bank for the lack of communication to customers regarding the issue.

Boluwaji Akinlade, a customer, voiced her displeasure, questioning the need for the app update and claiming the previous version was functional.

Idowu Bankole, another customer, criticized GTBank’s services and customer care, citing a personal loss to scammers due to poor internet banking services.

Jerry Durojaiye humorously likened opening an account with GTBank to a risky endeavor, adding a light-hearted touch to the complaints.

Omole Oluyemi, a pensioner, raised concerns about delayed pension payments and urged GTBank to improve their operations for customer satisfaction.
