India Champions Won WCL Final Against Pakistan Champions: Title Match Reports and Records
India emerged as the champions of the World Championshipship of Legends (WCL) by defeating Pakistan champions in the final match held in Birmingham. India, captained by Yuvraj Singh, secured a comprehensive victory against the Pakistani team.
During the first innings, Pakistan managed to score 156 runs with Shoaib Malik playing a notable inning of 41 runs in 36 balls. In response, India built a strong chase led by Ambati Rayudu‘s half-century contribution, scoring 50 runs off just 30 balls.
With Anureet Singh claiming three crucial wickets, India’s bowling attack restricted Pakistan’s batsmen effectively. The match witnessed robust performances by key players such as Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, and Harbhajan Singh.
India’s playing XI included Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Pawan Negi, Vinay Kumar, Harbhajan Singh, Rahul Shukla, and Anureet Singh.
