Indian Cricketer Rishabh Pant Apologizes for Viral AI Video with Kohli, Rohit, and Dhoni
Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant has issued an apology after sharing a video on Instagram featuring fellow cricket stars Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and MS Dhoni engaged in a dance routine set to the popular Hindi song ‘Barsore’.
The video, which garnered over 17 million likes within two days, shows Kohli, Sharma, and Dhoni dancing to the tune of ‘Barsore Megh Megh’, displaying a lighter side to the cricketers off the field.
Pant expressed regret for posting the video, thanking his teammates and followers for their support while acknowledging the lighthearted nature of the clip as his first screen recording endeavor.
Currently playing in the ongoing Twenty20 World Cup for Team India, Pant has been showcasing impressive performances, scoring 167 runs from five matches, with a high score of 42 runs.
Pant’s recent cricket feats come after a serious injury that kept him out of the game for nearly a year, with the determined cricketer making a strong return to the field through the Indian Premier League.
During a recent Super Eight match, India defeated Australia by 24 runs, securing a spot in the tournament’s semi-finals, where they will face off against England.
