Jeremy Renner, the beloved ‘Avengers‘ star, recently shared the harrowing details of his snowplow accident during an interview with Jimmy Fallon on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’

The 53-year-old actor faced a life-threatening situation when he was crushed by an extremely large piece of snow-removal equipment weighing at least 14,330 pounds.

Renner suffered 38 broken bones, a popped lung, and severe injuries that landed him in the ICU at the hospital.

Despite the grave injuries, Renner’s primary focus was on the urgent need to breathe in order to survive the ordeal.

During the accident, Renner’s eyeball popped out, his legs were twisted, and he was in dire need of medical attention.

Rushed to the hospital, Renner underwent intensive medical treatment to address the multiple injuries sustained during the snowplow mishap.

The incident occurred while Renner was clearing snow and towing a truck with the snowplow machinery. In a risky move to assist his nephew, Renner attempted to jump back onto the equipment, leading to the catastrophic chain of events.

Reflecting on the traumatic experience, Renner described the surreal moments when he observed his own injuries, including his displaced eyeball and twisted legs, while his immediate priority remained focused on ensuring he could breathe.
