The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) is on the brink of announcing the much-anticipated results for the Class 10th examinations conducted in 2024. Although an official confirmation is pending, students are eagerly awaiting the outcome of their hard work.

The Class 10th exams under JKBOSE were held in multiple phases to accommodate the different zones – soft zone exams took place from March 11 to April 4, while the hard zone exams were conducted from April 4 to May 9. The students are required to secure a minimum of 33 percent in each subject to pass the examination successfully.

Upon the declaration of the results, candidates can access their individual scores and overall performance on the official website of JKBOSE at jkresults.nic.in. The outcome will reveal the gender-wise results, district-wise statistics, and the overall percentage of successful candidates in the Class 10th exams.

Students attempting to retrieve their results are advised to furnish specific credentials, including their roll number and registration number, alongside completing a captcha verification. This step will enable them to view, download, and print a copy of their results for future reference.

In the previous academic year, JKBOSE witnessed an impressive overall pass percentage of 79.89 in the Class 10 examinations, with girls outshining boys by securing a pass percentage of 81.68 versus 78.23 percent for boys. An extensive number of 148,701 students appeared for the exams, with a significant 118,791 students successfully passing.
