Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun Sworn in as Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria
On August 23, 2024, President Bola Tinubu administered the oath of office to Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), pending her confirmation by the Senate. The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Council Chamber of the State House in Abuja.
