Khatsahlano Street Party Lights Up Vancouver’s West Side with Music and Arts Festival
Over the weekend, Vancouver‘s West Side was alive with the vibrant sounds and artistic displays of the annual Khatsahlano Street Party.
The event, known as Vancouver’s largest free music and arts festival, transformed West 4th Avenue from Burrard Street to Macdonald Street into a hub of creativity and celebration.
More than 50 local musicians took to multiple stages set up along the 10-block stretch, entertaining the crowds with a variety of musical genres.
This year’s theme for the Khatsahlano Street Party was «Sparkle,» with dazzling installations featuring mirrors, disco balls, and other shiny decor catching the eyes of attendees.
Organizers of the event encouraged everyone to embrace the July sunshine and let everything glow in the festive atmosphere.
Pete Cline, from CTV News Vancouver, compiled a video showcasing the highlights of this year’s Khatsahlano Street Party, capturing the essence of the celebration.
