The Or Launches New Women’s Leadership Event Series ‘3 Good Things’

Creative agency The Or has announced the launch of ‘3 Good Things‘, a new event series aimed at women’s leadership. The series is designed to provide an inclusive networking platform for women at all experience levels, contrasting with traditional events that often cater exclusively to those in positions of leadership.

‘3 Good Things’ will feature sessions that begin with interviews of three inspiring women who have taken unconventional paths in their careers. These sessions will consist of three questions and three answers, followed by opportunities for attendees to engage with others over drinks and snacks.

The inaugural event is scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, September 18th, from 6 to 8 PM, and promises to foster connections among participants.

The launch panel will be moderated by Sarah Oberman, co-founder and strategic partner at The Or. Oberman emphasizes the need for transparent discourse regarding professional journeys, stating, “Too often the real advice happens behind closed doors, in rooms that not everyone has access to.”

This initiative aims to share diverse stories and experiences among women while providing a welcoming atmosphere for networking and support.
