The LEGO Group and Formula 1 have announced a new collaborative venture with the introduction of a range of LEGO sets slated for release in 2025. This follows the announcement of a multi-year partnership made earlier this year. The exciting range will feature all 10 Formula 1 teams, with products available across various LEGO collections including LEGO DUPLO, LEGO CITY, LEGO Speed Champions, and LEGO Collectibles.

Each set has been meticulously designed with detailed elements to enable enthusiasts of all ages to immerse themselves in the world of Formula 1 from home. Fans will have the opportunity to construct their favorite team’s cars through the LEGO Speed Champions sets, featuring Pirelli‘s slick tire compounds and authentic team liveries from the 2024 season.

The LEGO Collectibles range will allow amateur builders to assemble miniature forms of the ten teams, in addition to the Formula 1 and F1 Academy show cars. This product line aims to deliver a thrilling race experience for fans, combining creativity with the excitement of Formula 1.

Particularly aimed at young fans, the LEGO DUPLO Town F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers set includes ten buildable racing cars, three LEGO DUPLO brick drivers, and essential components for a Grand Prix weekend such as a starting grid and a podium. These sets are designed to ignite a passion for racing while allowing customization with additional pieces for modifications.

The LEGO City F1 collection, composed of six different sets, enables fans to recreate aspects of a Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend by building elements such as the Paddock, transportation trucks, and team garages. This collection caters to fans interested in replicating the intense race scenarios, including fast-paced pit stops.

The official reveal took place during the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix, marking the inauguration of the LEGO Group and Formula 1’s collaborative efforts. As part of the partnership, interactive «Build the Thrill» activities are promised to enhance the fan experience both on and off the track.

Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1, expressed, «Formula 1 and the LEGO Group are proud to unveil the first product range of our partnership. This fantastic range caters for our entire fan base.»

Julia Goldin, Chief Product & Marketing Officer of the LEGO Group, added, «Our new collection captures all 10 teams on the F1 grid for the first time and aims to bring families together to build and connect with their passion.»
