Missing 25-Year-Old Found Safe in West Phoenix, Silver Alert Canceled
A 25-year-old man who was reported missing in west Phoenix has been found safe and in good health, prompting the cancellation of a Silver Alert by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Vincente Russell, the individual in question, was located in the afternoon after an earlier morning alert had been issued for his disappearance near Van Buren Street in Phoenix.
Russell, last seen wearing a light blue shirt and blue shorts without shoes, was described as 5-foot-7, 125 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has a developmental disability that can cause him to exhibit confusion or disorientation.
Authorities mentioned that Russell is nonverbal but does respond to his name when called.
