Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s oath-taking ceremony for his third term, the newly elected ministers in his Cabinet were allocated portfolios during a meeting held today in Delhi.

The key appointments in Modi’s 3.0 government include Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman, and S. Jaishankar.

Notable allies from JD(S), HAM, TDP, LJP, and JD(U) were given representation in the Cabinet, with each getting a cabinet berth.

The Cabinet Committee on Security composition remained unchanged, with Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nirmala Sitharaman, and S. Jaishankar retaining key portfolios.
